Seems it still is dropping, as I just now received it. Yes it is possible from random drops at the end of crucible. I got it a few days ago. I don’t think it drops from Trials tho. Only normal crucible. It was the season of plunder crucible shader. You can get some old ones randomly but I don't think it's included.
