Cu has a dodge, so my usual “dodge is better” complaint is moot. Protection from Arrows is one of the best dodge skills in the game. AoE NP aside, Hokusai is a pretty excellent servant, pairing an extremely good skillset with solid base stats and a strong class. And on top of all that, her art’s gorgeous. Also, in case you’re wondering, this is sort of an Orion situation—the little octopus is Hokusai himself, while the girl, his daughter, is a tagalong.
