Dino stats multipliers will effect the amount that taming bonuses, "wild levels", and even mutations add. These are all just various kinds of "level ups", so if you increase the amount they gain per level up, they gain higher stats for each increase. For now, its not possible to to increase the part of how many level ups a tamed dino or player can have, only the wild dino level can be adjusted. The code to override amount of level-ups is not working on ASA. I've recently adjusted my list so that to reach level 65, the cap when I started and to reach the new cap of 71 takes the same amount of xp. I then equally split the remaining XP to hit the hard cap of 100,000 between the ramining levels to hit level 100. At the same time I award the bonus level with 15 engram points per level.

If you change the dino level cap you must also change the player level cap, because you paste the player code first then paste the dino one underneath that one in the ini file. And now, some things of note: A single upgrade category can only receive a maximum of 255 upgrades. You can only put in 255 points into fortitude, for example.
